Carter-Ruck have been shortlisted in the 2024 Women and Diversity in Law Awards category of Gender Equality Initiative of the Year, in recognition of our Women Who Inspire breakfast series co-founded by Helena Shipman and Persephone Bridgman Baker. The award seeks to identify exceptional women leaders and practitioners as well as the legal businesses, teams and individuals that are moving the needle across all the strands of diversity and inclusion.
The Women Who Inspire breakfast series was created to encourage junior women in law to inspire and support other women in the industry through a collaborative, innovative, and empowering network. The breakfasts include an inspirational guest speaker who encourages an open and honest discussion on workplace issues, whilst facilitating a forum through which to build valuable connections and encourage positive and inclusive change to the workplace landscape.
