Billie is a dispute resolution specialist and regularly deals with high-profile media law cases involving defamation, privacy and harassment.

Billie also advises on a broad range of complex commercial litigation matters, which are often high-value and require reputation and risk management experience. She is experienced in LCIA arbitrations as well as sanctions-related work, which involve cross-border complexities and often include significant reputational challenges for clients.

Prior to joining Carter-Ruck, Billie worked for a Magic Circle law firm in their litigation department.

Billie graduated from Griffith University in Australia with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) and received the University Medal for graduating in the top 2% of her cohort. Billie obtained her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the College of Law.
