Persephone Bridgman Baker joined the panel of the BBC Media Show to discuss the lawsuit that has been filed in the USA following the controversial Netflix drama Baby Reindeer series. Persephone provided an insight on the differences in US and UK defamation law, in particular in relation to procedure and damages. Persephone appeared along with Stuart Benjamin professor of Law at Duke University.
