Carter-Ruck Senior Associate François Holmey was invited to participate in an expert panel conversation at SOAS, University of London on international investment arbitration, human rights and the environment. He discussed the key elements of international investment law, recent developments and current debates regarding changes in the regime, and the interplay with environmental protection and human rights. A couple of weeks before, François also gave a guest lecture for LLM students at SOAS discussing recent developments in relation to ESG, directors’ duties, climate change litigation and rights of nature.
