Carter-Ruck recently hosted a dynamic coaching workshop as part of the Women Who Inspire networking series with motivational guest speaker and professional coach Rosie Dalling.

Rosie is the founder and principal coach of The Boost, a Talent Development Consultancy specialising in uncovering the limiting beliefs and behaviours that prevent professionals from reaching their true potential. The interactive workshop gave invaluable practical insights on the core skills needed to thrive in the workplace and how to execute assertive communication. Rosie has vast experience of empowering leaders at major brands like TikTok, Paramount, Goldman Sachs and Meta, showing how to build confidence in leadership, communication and also relationship skills.
