Persephone Bridgman Baker, Caitlin Harris and Ludovica Scarrone Coha of Carter-Ruck hosted the ninth in a series of Women Who Inspire networking breakfasts with guest speaker Natacha Lazareff, founder and director of The Performance Psychologist.

Natacha gave a personal and pragmatic insight into her background and core values, illustrating how these principles have guided her in her career. She encouraged our guests to reflect on their core values, sparking dynamic and enthusiastic conversations on the importance of challenging oneself while staying true to these principles. She emphasised how aligning core values with personal and professional goals can lead to optimal decision-making and positively shape habits.
