Carter-Ruck senior associate François Holmey has been invited to be a key speaker at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) University of London. His seminar will focus on business and human rights and key recent developments including the EU Commission’s proposal on corporate sustainability due diligence and recent case law. François will also provide a general background on this field for SOAS’s LLM students.
